Where does the interface cover your video?
Instagram does not publish a safe-zone number for organic reels. Meta does publish one for Reels ads, and it is the closest official guidance there is: in the Meta Ads Guide, checked on 15 September 2026, the advice is to keep text, logos and other key creative out of the top 14%, the bottom 35% and 6% on each side.
That bottom third is where the username, the caption, the audio strip and the action buttons sit. Burned-in captions that land there are simply not read. MakeViral renders at 1080 x 1920 and places captions in the middle band, but check one video on a phone before you commit to a batch of thirty.
MakeViral output runs from 6 seconds to 90 seconds depending on the format, so every video is inside the 3-minute recommendation window by default.
