Getting started
What is MakeViral.ai?
MakeViral.ai is a web app that makes short AI videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You pick a trend template, add your own photo or your pet's photo, and get a vertical video to download and post. Brands and page owners also use it for product ads, product photos, slideshows and faceless videos.
How does MakeViral work?
Pick what you need: a trend template, a product ad, a slideshow or a faceless video format. Add your photos, a product link or one line about your page. MakeViral writes the script, makes the visuals and the voice, and gives you a 9:16 file to download and post.
How do I make a viral AI video?
Start from a format that is already working. Pick a trend template that people search for this week, like the AI Hotel Lobby or the AI crying video, add your photo and tap once. Post the 9:16 file the same day, while the trend is still rising, and put the hook in the first second. Nobody can promise a video goes viral, so post more versions and keep the one that holds viewers.
Do I need any video editing experience?
No. MakeViral does the script, the voiceover, the captions and the timing. On a trend template you write no prompt at all: you add your photos and tap once.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can add your photos and make a video as a guest, and your work is kept in this browser. When you sign in later with Google, Apple or an email link, your videos, credits and saves move into your account.
Can I customize the output?
Yes. You can edit the prompt or the script before you generate, pick the format and the voice, and run the same idea again for a new version.
What languages are supported?
32 languages. The voice model is Eleven Flash v2.5, and its documentation lists 32 (checked September 2026). Add ‘in [language]’ to any prompt and the AI writes the voiceover and the captions in that language.

Templates and photos
What is an AI video template?
An AI video template is a tested prompt, and sometimes a photo step before it, that recreates one viral video format with your own photo. You upload the photo, the image model builds the first frame, and the video model animates it. The template fixes the scene, the motion and the sound, so you only choose who is in it.
Do I need video editing skills to use these templates?
No. Every template on MakeViral runs in the browser: upload a photo, press Generate, and download an MP4 with sound. Each page has the prompts to copy, a button that opens the app with everything filled in, and the credit price before you start.
Which photos work best?
A sharp photo of one person or one pet, with the face clear and in good light. For people, full body or at least waist up; for pets, the whole body in view. Use only photos of yourself, of people who agreed, or of your own pets.
Can I use my own photos of friends or family?
Yes, if they agree. Use photos of adults who gave you permission, of your own children, or of your own pets. Do not upload photos of celebrities or strangers. Some video models refuse images of well-known people, and a fake video of a real person can break platform rules.
Can a template make a photo instead of a video?
Yes. Photo templates, such as the AI school photo or the pumpkin head photoshoot, end with a 2K photo and cost only a few credits. After the photo is ready, the "Make it a video" button turns the same photo into a short clip with sound, and you see the price before you start.
How often do you add new templates?
When a format takes off. Viral AI video formats rise and fade within a few weeks, so we add a page once a trend shows real reach in several places, test the prompts, and date every page. The date on each template shows when we last checked it.
Why are the people in the examples not real?
Every example on these pages was made from AI-generated people and pets, so no real person appears without consent. When you make your own, the video uses the photo you upload, and the result looks like you or your pet.

Credits and prices
What is a credit?
Credits are how MakeViral prices each thing you make. A faceless format video is 10 credits, and a trend template video is 26 to 304 credits because it makes a scene photo and an AI video. A trend template photo is 3 credits. Every page shows the price on the button before you spend anything. The full list is under "What do credits buy?" on the pricing page.
How many videos can I make?
One-time packs start at $9.99 for 100 credits, with no subscription. Starter is $49.99 a month for 700 credits, and Pro is $199.99 a month for 3,000 credits. A faceless format video is 10 credits. A trend template video costs more because it makes a scene photo and an AI video, and its page shows the exact price before you start.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
No. New accounts start with 0 credits, and there is no free plan and no trial. The smallest step is a one-time pack with no subscription, and a video that fails gives its credits back.
Can I try it before I subscribe?
New accounts start with 0 credits, so the smallest step is a one-time pack: $9.99 for 100 credits, with no subscription. A video that fails gives its credits back.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a one-time pack never expire. A plan adds its credits at the start of each cycle: every week on a weekly plan, every month on a monthly or a yearly plan. Plan credits are for the time your plan is active: when the plan ends, its unused credits end with it. Plan credits are used first, so your pack credits last longer.
My video failed. Do I get my credits back?
Yes. When a trend template, an AI video, a photo, a Create run or a Video Swap fails, all its credits come back to your balance by themselves, also when an AI model refuses the photo. For slideshows, clips and AI creator videos, the parts that were not made come back.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards such as Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all through Stripe checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Is my payment safe?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. We do not sell your personal information.

Plans, cancel and refunds
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your plan any time in Profile, and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Unused plan credits end with the plan; credits from packs never expire. If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days: write to support@makeviral.ai. Credits used to make videos cannot be refunded. A video that fails gives its credits back.
Do you offer refunds?
For unused credits, yes. If you have not used any credits from a purchase, write to support@makeviral.ai within 14 days and we refund that purchase in full. Credits that were used to make videos cannot be refunded, whatever the result, because we pay the AI providers for every video. A video that fails gives its credits back by itself.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Press Switch on the plan you want on the pricing page. You keep one plan: a bigger plan starts at once and you pay only the difference for the rest of your period, and a smaller plan starts when your paid period ends, with nothing charged before. In Profile, Billing and invoices opens the secure Stripe page for your card and invoices, and Cancel plan cancels.
Can I pause my plan instead of canceling?
Yes, on a weekly or a monthly plan. Tap Cancel plan in Profile and pick Take a break instead: 1, 2 or 4 weeks on a weekly plan, 1, 2 or 3 months on a monthly plan. There are no payments and no new credits while it is paused. A yearly plan cannot be paused.

Account and sign-in
How do I sign in?
With Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, or Email me a sign-in link (no password). Inside the TikTok or Instagram browser, Google sign-in does not work: open the page in Safari or Chrome, or use the email link.
What does MakeViral.ai get from my Google account?
Google sign-in is only a way to log in. Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us, and we use them to create your account and sign you in. MakeViral.ai does not ask for your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, contacts or any other Google data. We never use Google user data to make images or videos, and never to train AI models. We do not sell it.
Where are my videos?
In My videos, from the menu. A video you start goes there, so you can leave the page while it is made. As a guest, your videos stay in this browser until you sign in.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Write to support@makeviral.ai from the email of your account and ask us to delete it. You can delete videos yourself in My videos (Select, then Delete), and disconnect AI apps or delete API keys in Profile under Agents & API.

Safety and rules
What content is not allowed?
Use only your own photos, photos of people who agreed, or of your own pets. No sexual, nude or intimate content of anyone, and no fake intimate images (NCII). Nothing sexual that involves a minor, ever. No impersonation, harassment, hate or illegal content. You must be 18 or older. We refuse typed requests for sexual or nude content, and we delete content and close accounts that break these rules.
How old do I have to be?
18 or older: the Terms of Service say you must be at least 18 to use MakeViral.ai. A parent may use photos of their own children in the family templates. Anything sexual that involves a minor is banned.
Do you check what I upload?
We check what you type, and we refuse sexual or nude requests. The AI models we use also refuse some photos and prompts, and the credits come back when they do. You are responsible for uploading only photos and clips you have the right to use, of people who agreed.
How do I report abuse?
Write to support@makeviral.ai or use the contact form on our support page. Send the link or a screenshot, what is wrong, and your email. We reply by email, and we delete content and close accounts that break our rules.

Downloads and posting
How do I download my video?
Tap Download on the finished video. On an iPhone or iPad the share sheet opens: tap Save Video to put it in Photos. On Android and computers, the MP4 file downloads.
What platforms are the videos optimized for?
9:16 vertical for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels. The same file works everywhere, so there is nothing to re-render.
Is there a watermark?
No. Every video and photo you make downloads without a MakeViral watermark.
Do the videos use the original trend song?
No. The templates ask the model for original music or sound, so the clip has no copyrighted audio in it. If you want the trending sound, add it inside TikTok, Instagram or YouTube when you post, from their own licensed music library.
Will AI videos get shadowbanned on TikTok?
Not for being AI. TikTok asks you to label realistic AI content, and it limits reposted or low-effort clips. Use your own photos or your product, write your own caption, and turn on the AI-generated content label when the video shows a realistic scene. Never post a real person who did not agree.
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. The Terms of Service say you own the videos you make with MakeViral.ai and keep all rights to the photos and clips you upload. We show a video as a public example only if you say yes.
