I'm gonna TOESA (퇴사할게여, "I'm going to quit my job") is SOYEON's office-worker anthem and one of Korea's biggest songs of autumn 2026. On TikTok it became an AI trend: people put themselves on the song's music-show stage, "나도 데뷔했어요" ("I debuted too"). From one photo, MakeViral gives you that stage debut, or your own last day at work.

A cover of the I'm gonna TOESA dance by @jini_0511 (25 September 2026): the goodbye bow, the skirt swing and the peace signs of the 퇴사할게여 chorus, on a country road at sunset. Your video puts you on a K-pop stage or in your office instead.

Which photo works best?

You need one photo for Stage debut, Office or Pet, and three photos for Coworkers.

  • Stage debut and Office: one clear photo of you, face to the camera, from the knees up or full body. The outfit in your photo is the outfit you wear on stage or at your desk, so office clothes fit the joke best.
  • Coworkers: photo 1 is you, in the middle; photo 2 dances on the left, photo 3 on the right. One adult per photo, faces clear.
  • No sunglasses, no mask, no beauty filter, nobody else in the photo.
  • Pet: one sharp photo of your cat or dog with the face clear. It gets a tiny tie and an ID badge in the video.
  • This template is for adults and pets. Use photos of yourself, of coworkers who agreed, or of your own pets. Never a celebrity, a stranger or a child.

Where did the TOESA Quit Job trend start?

"퇴사할게여 (Narr. 기안84)", in English "I'm gonna TOESA", is the title track of "끝내주는 인생" (A Knockout Life), the first full-length solo album of SOYEON of i-dle, with narration by Kian84. It came out on 7 September 2026. Toesa (퇴사) is the Korean word for leaving your company, and the song is a cheerful goodbye to the office: "모두 안녕히 계세요" ("goodbye, everyone"), then the chorus that ends on "It was a romantic day". On 18 September it topped Melon, Genie, Vibe, FLO and Bugs at the same time, an all-kill (Sports Kyunghyang), and on 11 October it took its fourth music show trophy on Inkigayo (Soompi). By 17 October it had been the No. 1 song on Korean YouTube Shorts every day for 40 days.

The I'm gonna TOESA challenge (퇴사할게여 챌린지) started with the release: office workers dancing the point move at their desks, "last day at work" clips, and covers outdoors, like @jini_0511's sunset take in a long white dress (25 September, 107,800 views), the example on this page. In October the AI version took over. On 6 October @2u2da posted "드뎌 데뷔.." ("finally debuted"), an AI clip that puts the creator in the singer's place on the music-show stage (814,500 views), and the same day a creator shared the prompt behind it on her blog: you become the singer, and the two backup dancers become a cute rabbit and a teddy bear. More AI debut clips followed (307,700 views on 8 October, 362,100 on 12 October), Japanese creators joined as "退社します", and "퇴사할게요 무대 ai 만들기" (how to make the TOESA stage AI) tutorials reached 199,400 views by 19 October. On 19 October #퇴사할게여 had 23,360 TikTok videos and 77.8 million views.

  2. SOYEON releases "퇴사할게여 (Narr. 기안84)" ("I'm gonna TOESA") at 6 PM Korean time; the official TikTok post of the music video passes 1 million views. TikTok

  4. @jini_0511 posts her cover in a long white dress on a country road at sunset, "퇴사하겠숩니다!!!" (107,800 views by 19 October). TikTok

  5. The AI debut wave starts: "드뎌 데뷔.." puts a TikTok user on the music-show stage in the singer's place (814,500 views by 19 October). TikTok

  6. The song takes its fourth music show trophy, on SBS Inkigayo. Soompi

  7. "퇴사할게요 무대 ai 만들기" tutorials spread; the biggest has 199,400 views by 19 October. TikTok

We change the 3 performers on this stage. 1. The adult singer in the middle is the person in [Image 1], with the look from [Image 1]: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles), so their friends recognize them at once. 2. Shoes: black flat shoes. The outfit is the outfit from [Image 1]. 3. The two dancers on both sides are a cute rabbit and a teddy bear: a fluffy white rabbit mascot on the left and a fluffy brown teddy bear mascot on the right, both with adult body size, dancing the same moves in sync. If [Image 1] shows an animal, the singer is that animal standing upright, with its own face, fur and markings, holding the mic. A K-pop music-show performance, vertical 9:16, photorealistic like a real TV broadcast, 4 shots with hard cuts. The singer holds a mint-green handheld mic. The same real person in every shot, also in the wide shot; the face never morphs and never turns into anyone else. The stage: a bright K-pop music-show stage dressed as a pastel cartoon office: a giant tilted pink office door, big speech-bubble boards, a wooden bookshelf, a mint-green sofa, thin white neon frame lines, a glossy dark floor that reflects the lights. A dark studio audience fills the front rows in silhouette. Every board and screen is blank: no letters, no words, no logos. The moves, cheerful and a little cheeky, on the beat: a big goodbye wave with a small bow, a skip step to the side, both arms flung out wide, peace signs next to the face, one hand shading the eyes as if checking the nice weather, a hand on the lower back like a tired old office worker, then one hand reaching out to the camera. 0-2.5 s: a close-up from the chest up: the singer sings into the mint-green mic with a big smile, the face large and sharp, exactly the face from [Image 1]. 2.5-5 s: a wide shot from the audience: the singer in the middle, the rabbit on the left and the teddy bear on the right wave goodbye with a small bow and skip to the side in sync. 5-7.5 s: a medium shot from the knees up: the singer flings both arms out wide, then puts one hand on the lower back with a funny tired face; the rabbit and the bear copy it. 7.5-10 s: a close-up: the singer winks, reaches one hand to the camera and sings the last line with a happy grin. Audio: an original bright, bouncy K-pop dance-pop track with a fast beat, handclaps and a cheerful synth; no known song. The studio audience cheers; the singer sings along into the mic. Only one human on stage: the singer. The rabbit and the bear are costume mascots with no human face. No famous people, no children. No logos, no company name, no channel logo, no captions, no readable text on any board, screen, card or sign, no watermark. One head, two arms, two legs and five fingers per hand; nobody merges with anyone.

Video prompt

Animate the person in [Image 1]: their last day at work. They sit at their office desk, stand up, drop their ID badge on the desk and dance out of the office, happy. Vertical 9:16, photorealistic, like a real phone video filmed by a coworker, one continuous shot that follows them, natural office light. The office worker is the person in [Image 1], in every frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles), the same build, and the clothes from [Image 1], so their friends recognize them at once. They are an adult. The face stays the same from the first frame to the last, also in the turns. Never morph. If [Image 1] shows an animal, the office worker is that animal standing upright on its hind legs, with its own face, fur and markings, not a person. The place: an ordinary open-plan office: rows of white desks with computer monitors, office chairs, a printer, potted plants, big windows with blinds, a glass door at the end. A few adult coworkers in office clothes sit at their desks and look up in surprise. Every screen, paper and sign is blank or out of focus. 0-2 s: a medium shot from the waist up: they sit at the desk in front of the computer with a tired, bored face, then take a deep breath. 2-4 s: they stand up with a big grin, lift the ID badge on its lanyard over the head and drop it on the keyboard: a plain white card with no writing and no photo. 4-7 s: they dance away between the desks on the beat: a goodbye wave to the coworkers with a small bow, a skip step, both arms flung out wide, peace signs next to the face. The coworkers stare, one laughs. 7-10 s: at the glass door they turn back to the camera, put one hand on the lower back like a tired old worker, laugh, wave goodbye and walk out into the sunlight; the face is large and sharp in the turn. Audio: keyboard clicks and a quiet office hum, then, the moment they stand up, an original bright, bouncy K-pop dance-pop beat with handclaps kicks in; no known song, no lyrics. Nobody speaks. No famous people, no children. No logos, no company name, no channel logo, no captions, no readable text on any board, screen, card or sign, no watermark. One head, two arms, two legs and five fingers per hand; nobody merges with anyone.

Animate the three people in [Image 1], [Image 2] and [Image 3]: their last day at work, together. Vertical 9:16, photorealistic, like a real phone video filmed by another coworker, one continuous shot, natural office light, all three from the knees up. The one in the MIDDLE is the person in [Image 1]. The one on the LEFT is the person in [Image 2]. The one on the RIGHT is the person in [Image 3]. Each one, in every frame, also in the turns: copy the exact face from their own image (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles), with the clothes from their own image. All three are adults. Never blend their faces. Each face stays the same from the first frame to the last, so their friends recognize all three at once. If an image shows an animal, that one is that animal standing upright, with its own face, fur and markings. Step 1 · Photo prompt

Use the uploaded image as the base. 9:16 vertical photo, like a real phone photo taken in an office. The pet from the uploaded image sits upright on an office chair at a white office desk with a computer monitor and a keyboard. It wears a tiny navy necktie with a small white shirt collar, and a plain white ID badge on a lanyard hangs on its chest: a blank card with no writing and no photo. It looks at the camera with a cheeky, done-with-work face, one front paw on the desk next to the keyboard. Its head and front body are in full view, with its own natural size and proportions. Behind it: an ordinary open-plan office with desks, potted plants and big windows with blinds, slightly out of focus. Realistic photo with soft office light. Exactly one animal. No people. No text, no logos, no company name, no readable screen, no watermark.

Step 2 · Video prompt

One continuous vertical shot, like a real phone video filmed in an office. Keep the animal's face, fur, markings and size, the tiny tie, the shirt collar and the blank ID badge, and the desk and the office, exactly as in the image. 0-3 s: the pet looks at the camera, then lifts the ID badge off its chest with one paw and pushes it off the desk; the badge falls to the floor. 3-7 s: it hops down and dances away between the desks on its hind legs, on the beat: a goodbye wave with one front paw, a little skip, both front paws up in the air. 7-10 s: at the glass door it turns back to the camera with a happy face, waves one paw goodbye and trots out. Audio: a quiet office hum, the badge clatters on the floor, then an original bright, bouncy K-pop dance-pop beat with handclaps; no known song, no lyrics. The pet never speaks. Exactly one animal, with real furry paws. No extra animals, no extra legs, no morphing. No people in front. No text, no logos, no company name, no readable screen, no watermark.

Stage debut is the I'm gonna TOESA AI trend as people post it: the 퇴사할게요 무대 AI with a fluffy rabbit and a teddy bear at your sides. Office and Coworkers play the song's own story, the 퇴사할게여 AI video for your last day at work. Pet is for the cat and dog people. The exact price shows on the Generate button before you spend anything.

Which sound and hashtags should you post it with?

Your clip comes with an original upbeat K-pop style beat, not the song. To post it as an I'm gonna TOESA challenge clip, pick the song's sound on TikTok when you post. The song belongs to its owners, and MakeViral gives you no rights to it.

Hashtags: #퇴사할게여 is the big one (23,360 videos and 77.8 million views on 19 October 2026). #imgonnatoesa (13.2 million views) works for viewers outside Korea, #퇴사할게요 for the other spelling, and #퇴사할게여챌린지 for the challenge. Keep the platform's AI label on.

Why is the singer not in it? MakeViral never copies the singer's face, voice or stage video. The stage version makes a new stage from your photo, with mascots that the trend's own prompt asked for.

FAQ

TOESA Quit Job trend questions

What is the I'm gonna TOESA trend?
It is the TikTok trend to SOYEON I'm gonna TOESA, the song "퇴사할게여" by SOYEON of i-dle, a cheerful song about quitting your job that came out on 7 September 2026. People film their last day at work, dance the goodbye wave at their desks, and since October make AI clips that put them on the song's music-show stage. On 19 October 2026 the 퇴사할게여 challenge hashtag #퇴사할게여 alone had 77.8 million TikTok views.
What does toesa mean?
Toesa (퇴사) is Korean for leaving your company, quitting your job. So the toesa meaning in the title is "I'm going to quit my job", and the I'm gonna TOESA meaning is a happy resignation. The toesa SOYEON sings about is everyone's daydream at work: say "모두 안녕히 계세요", goodbye everyone, and walk out.
Is it 퇴사할게여 or 퇴사할게요?
The official title is 퇴사할게여, a cute spelling of 퇴사할게요, the normal way to write "I will quit". Both spellings are everywhere: #퇴사할게여 for the song and the challenge, #퇴사할게요 and "퇴사할게요 챌린지" in many captions, and 전소연 퇴사할게여 or 소연 퇴사할게여 with the singer's name. It is the same song.
퇴사할게요 무대 AI는 어떻게 만들어요?
"Create your own"을 누르고 Stage debut를 고른 뒤, 얼굴이 잘 보이는 사진 한 장을 올리세요. 프롬프트를 쓸 필요가 없습니다. 퇴사할게여 AI 영상으로, 음악방송 무대에서 토끼와 곰돌이와 함께 노래하고 춤추는 10초짜리 세로 영상이 나옵니다. In English: pick Stage debut, add one clear photo, and you get the 퇴사할게요 무대 ai clip with no prompt to write.
How do I make the I'm gonna TOESA AI video?
Press "Create your own", pick Stage debut, Office, Coworkers or Pet, and add your photos: one, or three for Coworkers. Press Generate; the button shows the price first. You get a 10-second vertical I'm gonna TOESA AI clip with your own face, the same 퇴사할게요 AI idea you see on TikTok, without any app tutorial or 퇴사할게요 무대 ai 만들기 steps.
What is the "나도 데뷔했어요" AI debut trend?
"나도 데뷔했어요" means "I debuted too". In October 2026 TikTok users posted AI clips of themselves performing 퇴사할게여 on a K-pop music-show stage, as if they were idols, with a rabbit and a teddy bear dancing at their sides. This page's Stage debut version is that AI idol debut: the 나도 데뷔했어요 AI clip from your own photo.
Can I make an AI idol debut video from one photo?
Yes. Stage debut needs one photo and makes a kpop idol debut AI clip: you sing into a mint-green mic on a bright stage, wave goodbye to the audience and wink at the camera, with a cheering crowd. It is an AI idol debut on the I'm gonna TOESA stage, made from your photo.
Can I make an "I quit my job" video with my coworkers?
Yes, that is Coworkers: three photos, you in the middle and two coworkers at your sides. The three of you drop your badges on the desks and dance out of the office together. For a solo I quit my job AI clip, pick Office. Only use photos of coworkers who agreed, and say it is AI.
Is there a quit my job dance or last day at work dance?
Yes, this one. The I'm gonna TOESA dance is the quit my job dance of 2026 in Korea: a goodbye wave with a little bow, a skip, arms flung out wide, peace signs, and a hand on the lower back like a tired old worker. People post it as a last day at work dance, and the Office version plays it for you.
Do I have to learn the 퇴사할게여 안무 first?
No. The 퇴사할게여 안무 (the choreography) has mirrored tutorials on TikTok if you want to learn it. Here the AI does the I'm gonna TOESA dance for you: the wave, the skip, the arms out wide and the hand on the back.
Can my cat or dog do the TOESA trend?
Yes. Pick Pet and add one photo of your pet. It sits at an office desk in a tiny tie, pushes its ID badge off the desk and dances out the door. Cat and dog owners post 퇴사할게요 고양이 and 퇴사할게요 강아지 clips of the trend; this makes yours an AI cat dance or AI dog dance in one go.
Is the I'm gonna TOESA challenge still going?
Yes. On 19 October 2026 the song had been No. 1 on Korean YouTube Shorts for 40 days in a row, and the I'm gonna TOESA challenge kept growing in a new form: AI stage debuts, the 퇴사 AI 영상 wave, and Japanese posts as "退社します ai". It is one of the biggest AI dance trend waves in Korea this autumn.
Will SOYEON or her stage be in my video?
No. MakeViral never copies the singer's face, voice, music video or stage footage. The I'm gonna TOESA stage in your clip is a new stage made from your photo, and the music is an original K-pop style beat. Use photos of yourself, of adults who agreed, or of your own pets, never a celebrity, a stranger or a child.
What prompt does the I'm gonna TOESA AI trend use?
A creator who made one of the first AI stage clips shared her prompt on her blog on 6 October 2026: change the woman in the middle into the person you uploaded, with the outfit you uploaded, and turn the two backup dancers on both sides into a cute rabbit and a teddy bear with adult body size. Our Stage debut prompt keeps those words, without the original stage video, and adds our tested lines that keep your face. Office, Coworkers and Pet are our own prompts.
How long is the video and what format is it?
Every version makes a 10-second vertical 9:16 clip. Stage debut, Office and Coworkers are made at 720p with Seedance 2.5; Pet makes a photo of your pet at its desk first, then the video. Each is an MP4 file with sound and no watermark, ready to post as a kpop AI dance video or an AI dance video for Reels and Shorts.
