Which photo works best?

You need one sharp photo of yourself, ideally standing, head to toes, with your face to the camera.

  • The reel shows the dancer full body in every cut, so a full-body photo gives the best proportions. MakeViral also sends a close-up of your face from the same photo, so keep the face sharp and in good light.
  • You wear the reel's four outfits, not the clothes from your photo. Your face, your hair and your skin tone stay yours.
  • No sunglasses, no hat over the eyes, no beauty filter, and only one person in the photo.
  • A man's photo gets men's versions of the four looks in the same colors. A photo of your own baby works too.
  • Use your own photo or one of an adult who said yes. Never a celebrity, a public figure or a stranger.

Where did the Training Season Dance trend start?

"Training Season" came out in February 2024. Its live version from the Royal Albert Hall came back on TikTok in the summer of 2026: a sound of its chorus went up on 12 August and was in 208,800 videos by 22 October. People use it for edits, covers, the "manifesting" posts and dances.

The dance side grew in September. On 2 September @its_gamma lip-synced and danced the chorus down a street at night in Denmark: 20.7 million views, the biggest dance post on the sound that we found. A "manifesting" water-bottle dance challenge followed on 6 September (@trxineex, 1.8 million views), and outfit creators began to cut to a new look on the beat (@alenangsy, 7 September, 509,900 views).

On 10 October the Korean fashion creator Jinju (@jxnjuvv) posted "What I wore in Paris": four outfits in four Paris spots, from the Tuileries at sunset with her arms crossed high over her head, to the lit Eiffel Tower, a Metro entrance and the Louvre pyramid at night. Her Instagram reel of 11 October had 104,100 likes by 22 October. This template copies that reel.

Video prompt

Recreate the reference video [Video 1] shot for shot: one woman lip-syncs and dances on the beat in four hard cuts, a new outfit and a new place in Paris in each cut, with the same camera angles, cuts, timing, dance moves and mouth movements. The ONLY change: the woman with long straight black hair is now the person in [Image 1], in EVERY shot. The dancer = the person in [Image 1], in every shot: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles exactly as in the photo), so their friends recognize them at once, also in far shots and from the back. The same real person in every frame. Never morph, never drift back to the original woman's face. NO long straight black hair unless [Image 1] shows it. Take only the face, the hair and the skin tone from [Image 1], never the clothes: in every shot the dancer wears the outfit of the video, and the four looks stay four different looks. The four shots, matching the reference second by second: 0-8.9 s: the wide gravel square of a formal garden at sunset, a pink sky, a long classical palace behind the pond. Look 1: a camel zip-up peplum jacket, dark brown leather micro shorts, sheer black tights and black knee boots. A hand on the hip, the arms swing out wide, then both arms go straight up over the head with the wrists crossed and stay up while the hips sway. 8.9-12.6 s: night on a quiet street by an iron railing, a tall iron lattice tower lit in gold behind. Look 2: a long dark brown leather trench coat over a dark brown lace midi skirt. The hands roll in small circles at the chest, then open out to the sides. 12.6-16.6 s: day, a stone balustrade by a metro entrance with a round red sign on a green iron post, autumn trees and cream stone buildings behind. Look 3: a grey-brown suede jacket over a taupe knit top and dark blue flared jeans. The arms out to the sides, a little kick, a hand in the pocket, then a point at the camera as it moves closer. 16.6-26.4 s: night in a large stone palace courtyard with street lamps and a glowing glass pyramid behind. Look 4: a champagne beaded slip midi dress with thin straps, long hair pinned up. The dancer sways, raises one arm high, then turns around and walks away with one arm up and the other hand on the hip. If [Image 1] shows a man, he stays a man in every shot and wears a men's version of each look in the same colors. If [Image 1] shows a baby or a toddler, the dancer is that same baby, standing upright, with real baby anatomy: a small chubby body, a big round head, short arms and legs and small baby hands, never an adult body, in baby-size versions of the four looks. Anatomy rules: one head only, on the dancer's shoulders. A face never appears on knees, legs, hands or clothes. Two arms and two legs, no extra limbs. Exactly one dancer. No added text, no subtitles, no logos, no watermark.

How many credits does it cost?

You pay per video in credits, and the create page shows the exact price on the Generate button before you spend anything. The one-tap price covers the video, made in one step from your photos and the trend clip, charged once. One video is 181 credits, so the smallest one-time pack that covers it is $39.99 for 450 credits, with no subscription. The cheaper models are there if you run the prompts by hand in AI Video.

What happens in the Training Season dance video?

FAQ

Training Season Dance trend questions

What is the Training Season dance?
It is the 2026 Training Season dance trend on TikTok and Instagram: you lip-sync the chorus of Dua Lipa's "Training Season" (the live Royal Albert Hall version) and dance playful arm and hip moves, often in hard cuts with a new outfit each time. The Training Season dance challenge posts with the most views date from September 2026.
Is there a set Training Season choreography?
No single one. The song had a Just Dance 2025 routine and studio classes, and the Training Season dance Dua Lipa fans post in 2026 runs from street dances to outfit cuts. Creators made their own Training Season choreo, like the "manifesting" water-bottle dance. Search for a Training Season dance tutorial or a Dua Lipa Training Season dance tutorial to learn the steps. This template needs no steps: it copies the moves of the Paris reel for you.
How do I make the Training Season dance AI video with my photo?
Press "Create your own", add one photo of yourself and press Generate; the button shows the price first. You get a Training Season dance AI video of about 26 seconds with your face in all four cuts and the song on. You write no prompt, and the video waits in My videos when it is ready.
What is the What I wore in Paris trend?
Creators show the outfits of a trip in quick cuts, one look per spot. Jinju's "What I wore in Paris" reel set it to the Training Season chorus, which turned it into a Paris outfit dance video. This template copies her four looks and four spots with your face.
Do I wear my own clothes in the video?
No. You wear the reel's four outfits, because the outfits are the point of the trend. It is not the Training Season outfit Dua Lipa wears in her music video: these are the looks the creator wore in Paris. Your face, hair and skin tone come from your photo.
Is this the same as the phone on the train Training Season reel?
No. The [phone on train trend](/templates/phone-on-train-trend) is a different reel to the same live song: you tape your phone to a Paris metro window and run after the train. This page is the dance with four outfits.
What is the Training Season manifesting trend?
Many 2026 posts on the song carry the word "manifesting": people post the chorus while they wish for a dream trip, a goal or a partner. Dancers joined in with "manifest with me" dance challenges, and the Paris outfit reel fits the same dream-trip mood.
Do I need a Training Season CapCut template?
No. The CapCut templates for the song make photo recaps and outfit transition edits from your own clips. Here you add one photo and get the whole Training Season outfit transition dance, made with AI, in your browser.
How long is the video, and what format is it?
About 26 seconds, vertical 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. It is an MP4 with the song, with no watermark: 720p in HD, 480p in Standard.
Can a man or my baby do the Training Season dance?
Yes. A man stays a man and wears men's versions of the four looks in the same colors. A photo of your own baby makes the baby do the dance in the four looks: use only a photo of your own child, or of a child whose parent or guardian asked you to.
Can I put a celebrity in it?
No. Use yourself or an adult who agreed. A fake video of a real person can break platform rules and that person's rights.
Is this connected with Dua Lipa or the creator?
No. MakeViral is not connected with Dua Lipa, her label or Jinju. The template copies the moves and the looks of a creator's public reel, credited on this page, and the song belongs to its owners.
