Which photo works best?

You need one photo.

  • Human: a sharp photo of you, full body or from the waist up, face turned to the camera, in good light. The kick is a full-body move, so a full-body photo works best.
  • You kick in the clothes from your photo. Your hair, beard or glasses stay on you.
  • No sunglasses, no mask, no beauty filter, nobody else in the photo.
  • Pet: one pet, whole body, sharp, eyes open. A photo where your cat or dog stands or sits upright looks best.
  • This template is for adults and pets. Use your own photo or an adult who agreed. Never a celebrity or a stranger.

Where did the Bottle Kick Challenge trend start?

The bottle kick challenge is older than the AI clip. Martial arts gyms, families and comedians stack water bottles and try to kick the top one off without touching the rest; one 2019 try by @sebastianmoy has 5.2 million views. On TikTok the #bottlekickchallenge tag has 1,550 videos and #waterbottlekick 1,750 (24 October 2026).

In October 2026 it came back. On 6 October the Japanese comedian Wes-P (@uespiiiii.1115) posted his own stacked-bottle kick skit, which reached 1.8 million views and 189,300 likes. Then one AI clip took over: a thin man with a hair bun and a big moustache poses like a kung fu master next to two yellow bottles on a mosaic-tiled box in a sunlit riad, kicks, knocks everything over and limps off. A repost with the caption "Pravo musko" ("a real man" in Serbian and Bosnian) reached 2.97 million views and 90,800 shares on 13 October. Template tutorials soon called it the Bravo Musko bottle kick trend, and AI template sites added a bottle kick effect from 19 October. A pet version, where a cat or a dog stands up and kicks the bottle, runs alongside it.

  4. A repost of the AI riad clip with the caption "Pravo musko" reaches 2.97 million views, 34,100 likes and 90,800 shares: the first AI bottle kick clip we found past a million views.

  5. AI template sites add bottle kick effects that swap a photo into the riad clip, and creators post their own AI versions with new characters, cats, dogs and a tiger.

The Bottle Kick Challenge prompts

You do not need these: the one-tap flow runs them for you, together with the trend clip. [Image 1] and [Image 2] are your two photos, and [Video 1] is the trend clip the video copies.

Video prompt

Replace the character in the video with the one in [Image 1], while strictly preserving the movements of the character in the video. Recreate the reference video [Video 1] shot for shot: the same sunlit room of a traditional riad with warm beige plaster walls, the dark carved wooden window frame with the small brass lantern and the palm leaves outside, the patterned tile floor, the waist-high box covered in blue, green and white mosaic tiles, and on it the two plain yellow plastic bottles with red caps, one stacked on top of the other; the same fixed camera, the same vertical framing, timing and moves, one continuous take with no cuts. The ONLY change: the thin man with the dark hair bun, the thick black moustache, the white short-sleeved shirt, the grey patterned sweater vest and the grey trousers who poses and kicks next to the box is now the person in [Image 1]. The kicker = the person in [Image 1], in EVERY frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles). The kicker wears exactly the clothes from [Image 1] in every frame: the same top with the same color, pattern and print, front and back. NEVER the hair bun, the thick moustache, the sweater vest or the white short-sleeved shirt of the man in the video unless [Image 1] shows them: the hair and the face are those of [Image 1]. If [Image 1] does not show the legs, plain dark trousers that go with that top. The same real person in every frame, from the first second to the last, so their friends instantly recognize them, also in the fast kick and when the back of the head shows. Never morph, never drift back to the original man's face, hair or clothes. If [Image 1] shows an animal, the kicker is that animal standing upright, with its own face, fur and markings. The kicker copies the man's moves second by second, with the same serious, over-confident martial arts face: 0-3 s: stands in a low fighting stance to the left of the box, fists up by the chin, then small hops and feints, staring hard at the bottles. 3-6 s: lifts one knee high toward the bottles in a slow practice kick, pulls it back, fists up, then another practice kick. 6-8 s: more knee raises and fake kicks, leaning in close to the bottles, total concentration. 8-8.6 s: the real kick: the leg swings, the top bottle flies up, the bottom bottle falls and the tiled box tips over. 8.6-10 s: hops on one leg holding the kicking foot, turns away and limps off with the back to the camera. Anatomy rules: one head only, on the kicker's shoulders. Two arms, two legs, five fingers on each hand. Exactly one person. The two bottles stay plain: clear yellow plastic with red caps, no label, no brand, no logo and no writing on them, also when they fly. No text, no captions, no logos, no watermark.

Video prompt

Replace the character in the video with the one in [Image 1], while strictly preserving the movements of the character in the video. Recreate the reference video [Video 1] shot for shot: the same plain grey room with the big framed picture on the wall, the light wooden box with dovetail corners, and on it the two plain yellow plastic bottles, one stacked on top of the other; the same fixed camera, the same close vertical framing, timing and moves, one continuous take with no cuts. The ONLY change: the cat that stands upright on its hind legs to the left of the box is now the pet in [Image 1]. The kicker = the pet in [Image 1], in every frame: the same species and breed, head shape, muzzle, eyes, ears, fur colors, fur length, markings and body shape as in [Image 1], with the natural body volume and proportions of that animal: never flattened, squashed, stretched or merged with anything, so its owner instantly recognizes it. Never drift back to the cat of the original video: not the coat, the stripes or the white chest of the cat in the video unless [Image 1] shows them. It stands upright on its hind legs like a little martial artist the whole time. If [Image 1] shows a dog or another animal, that animal takes the same place and makes the same moves, with its own ears and muzzle. The pet copies the cat's moves second by second, with a serious, wide-eyed face: 0-3 s: stands upright to the left of the box, front paws up like a boxer's guard, staring hard at the bottles. 3-6.5 s: swings a hind leg up in practice kicks and chops the air with its front paws, leaning in close to the bottles. 6.5-7.5 s: the real kick: the bottles fly off the box and roll away. 7.5-10 s: it jumps back with its paws in the air, spins around and bounces away. Real animal anatomy: furry front legs ending in round paws in their own fur, never human hands, no fingers. One head, two hind legs and two front legs, no extra legs or paws, one tail if the animal has one. Exactly one animal, no people. The two bottles stay plain: clear yellow plastic, no label, no brand, no logo and no writing on them. No text, no captions, no logos, no watermark.

What happens in the bottle kick challenge AI video?

One continuous shot from a fixed camera, 10 seconds, vertical 9:16.

TimeHuman versionPet version
0-3 sYou stand in a low fighting stance by the tiled box, fists up, staring at the bottles.Your pet stands up on its hind legs by the wooden box, front paws up like a boxer.

6-8 sMore fake kicks, leaning in close to the bottles. The real kick: the bottles fly off the box.
8-10 sThe real kick: the bottles fly, the box tips over, and you hop away holding your foot.It jumps back and bounces away.

The Human version keeps the sunlit riad room of the viral clip; the Pet version keeps the grey room with the framed picture. Only the kicker changes. The bottles are plain yellow plastic with no label, as in the clips. The video comes with the clip's sound, and you can turn it off on the result screen. It is made with top-quality AI video models, including Seedance 2.5, and every run is a new take, so results differ.

Is this the bottle cap challenge?

No, but they are cousins. The Bottle Cap Challenge of July 2019 asked you to unscrew a bottle cap with a spinning back kick (#bottlecapchallenge has 551,468 videos and 4.1 billion views). The bottle kick challenge is simpler and funnier: kick the top bottle off a stack and leave the rest standing. The AI clip turns it into a bottle kick challenge fail: a long, serious warm-up and a kick that takes everything down, the classic bottle kick fail. If you came looking for a bottle cap challenge AI video, this kick is the one people make with AI in 2026.

The pet version: your cat or dog kicks the water bottle

The pet kicks water bottle clips run next to the human one: a cat kicking water bottle stacks, or a dog kicking bottle towers, standing on its hind legs like a little martial artist. The cat kicking bottle meme started with AI cats in late September and early October 2026 and grew with a pet template from 10 October, so the water bottle kick trend now has two sides. Our Pet version copies @briantu41's AI cat clip shot for shot and swaps in your pet, with its own face, fur and markings. A water bottle kick looks funniest with a pet that already has a serious face.

FAQ

Bottle Kick Challenge trend questions

What is the bottle kick challenge AI trend?
It is the AI version of the bottle kick challenge, the October 2026 bottle kick trend on TikTok: AI puts you or your pet into the viral clip where a would-be kung fu master poses next to two bottles on a box, kicks, knocks everything over and limps away. MakeViral makes your own version from one photo.
How do I make the bottle kick AI video?
Press "Create your own", pick Human or Pet, add one photo and press Generate; the button shows the price before you spend anything. You get a 10-second vertical bottle kick video with the clip's sound. You write no prompt yourself.
What does "Pravo musko" mean in the bottle kick meme?
"Pravo musko" (pravo muško) means "a real man" in Serbian and Bosnian. It was the caption on the Balkan repost of the AI clip that reached 2.97 million views on 13 October 2026, so people search for the Pravo musko bottle kick. Template tutorials misheard it and call it the Bravo Musko bottle kick.
Can I do the bottle kick challenge with my cat or dog?
Yes. Pick the Pet version and add one photo of your pet. Your cat or dog stands up, practice-kicks at two bottles on a wooden box, knocks them flying and bounces away, like the pet kicks water bottle clips on TikTok.
Is the bottle kick clip real or AI?
The riad clip that every template copies is AI-made: TikTok shows an AI label on the copy we credit, and AI tools swap new people into it again and again. Real bottle kick tiktok clips exist too, from martial arts gyms and comedians. Your MakeViral clip is AI-made, so keep the platform's AI label on when you post it.
Is there an app for the AI bottle kick video?
You need no app. The trend spread through a phone editor template and AI template sites; MakeViral works in the browser. Add a photo and get the ai bottle kick video, with no editing.
Do the bottles show a soda brand?
No. The bottles in your video are plain yellow plastic bottles with no label, no brand and no logo, like the bottles in the viral AI clip.
Is the water bottle kick challenge safe to try for real?
Only with care. If you try the water bottle kick challenge or a bottle kick trick for real, use plastic bottles, a soft floor and plenty of room, and warm up first; a missed kick into a hard box hurts, which is the joke of the AI clip. The AI version needs no kick at all.
What prompt does the trend use?
No creator shared one: the trend runs on closed templates. Our prompt starts from the reel-swap prompt the AI template sites use, copies the clip shot for shot and changes only the kicker, who gets the face, hair and clothes from your photo (or your pet's face and fur).
How long is the video and what format is it?
10 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4 with the clip's sound and no watermark. It can take a few minutes.
