On 15 September 2026 @beridzelenee posted the routine with two other dancers in a dark studio. It had 5.8 million views and 978,300 likes by 12 October. Two weeks later, AI versions put a pet in the middle dancer's place: the first ones we found are from 29 September, and a CapCut template ("Swap your pet in for this Beyoncé dance trend") spread the idea.

The biggest one came on 4 October: the dachshund account @king_odiee put its long-haired dog in the middle spot, "I learned some new dance moves from my girl @Beyoncé".
