The My Ride Is Here broom trend is a Halloween 2026 video joke: filmed from a car window, someone pulls up on a flying broom, smiles at the camera and flies away, as if the broom were their ride. Here you take the rider's place in a real viral reel. You need one clear photo of yourself.

Which photo works best?

Use one sharp photo of yourself, ideally from head to toe. The rider walks away from the camera, turns back and sits on the broom, so the model needs your face, your hair and your clothes.

  • Daylight, in focus, face to the camera, no sunglasses. The smile at the camera is the key moment.
  • A full-body photo works best: your outfit becomes the rider's outfit. A dark coat or a dress looks the most witchy; jeans and a sweater make the everyday joke.
  • Only you in the photo. With two people, the model may mix them.
  • No filters, no hats that hide the hair, no heavy shadows on the face.
  • Use your own photo, or a photo of someone who said yes.

Where did the My Ride Is Here trend start?

The flying broom started as a one-photo CapCut template. From 22 September 2026, CapCut creator accounts in Vietnam posted it with captions like "Can brooms really fly?": you upload one photo, and the template puts you on a broom in the middle of scooter traffic, filmed from the next scooter.

The name came a few days later. On 27 September the creator @rora_dd moved the broom next to a car window, with a witch at a crosswalk and a woman in a red dress gliding beside the car, and captioned it in Spanish "¡Ya llegó mi transporte!" ("My ride is here!"). That post reached 539,800 plays and 7,785 shares by 12 October, and she posted the English "My ride is here!" version two days later. Hundreds of how-to posts then copied the caption "how to make my ride is here broom trend", most of them promoting CapCut, PixVerse or Dreamina.

In October the trend moved toward Halloween, and creators made their own takes: a witch who tries to fly through a police DUI checkpoint, a witch who chats with a police officer at a crosswalk and then flies off. On 11 October @aiman_nazarovna posted the forest reel on this page on Instagram: real footage from a car, then an AI take-off over the pines. By 12 October, #myrideishere had 6,308 TikTok videos and 17.7 million views.

Image 1 replaces the young woman with short black hair in the black polka-dot dress, black tights and black boots who walks along the forest road with a broom beside the car, looks back at the camera with a smile, sits on the broom and flies up over the trees, in every shot. Preserve the person's face, hairstyle, skin tone, proportions and outfit from image 1 in every shot, also when the rider looks back and smiles, with no short black hair and no black polka-dot dress unless image 1 shows them. The rider and the broom move as one connected unit. Keep the forest road, the tall pine trees, the car window and the side mirror, the broom, the flight path, the motion and the camera exactly as in the video.

How many credits does it cost?

You pay per video in credits, and the create page shows the exact price on the Generate button before you spend anything. The one-tap price covers the video, made in one step from your photos and the trend clip, charged once. One video is 120 credits, so the smallest one-time pack that covers it is $14.99 for 150 credits, with no subscription. The cheaper models are there if you run the prompts by hand in AI Video.

What happens in the My Ride Is Here video, second by second?

Your clip is the viral forest reel by @aiman_nazarovna, filmed from the passenger seat of a moving car, with you as the rider:

TimeWhat you do
0-3 sYou walk down a dirt road through a pine forest, right beside the car, a long twig broom in one hand.
3-4 sYou look back over your shoulder at the camera and smile.
4-5 sYou swing a leg over the broom and sit on it.
5-7 sThe broom lifts off. You glide beside the car window, turn to the camera once more, then pull ahead.
7-10 sYou climb up over the tops of the pines and shrink to a dot in the grey sky, with the car's side mirror still in view.

The road, the forest, the car and the camera move come from the real reel. Only the rider changes, so the clip looks like real phone footage, not a cartoon.

Why does it work? The joke of the trend is that a broom is just your ride: the start looks like an ordinary walk next to a car, and the take-off comes out of nowhere.

How does MakeViral make it, and what does it cost?

MiniMax H3 Max Recast takes the original reel and your photo and puts you in place of the rider in every shot: your face, your hair and your clothes. The forest, the car, the walk, the hop onto the broom and the flight stay exactly as in the reel. You write no prompt.

The exact price shows on the Generate button before you spend anything, and the video waits in your Library when it is ready, usually in 5 to 10 minutes.

Why not make a new scene from your photo? We tried that first: a still of you on a broom next to a car, then a video model to fly you away. It worked, but it looked made by AI. Swapping the rider in the real reel keeps the real road, the real car and the real daylight, so only the flight looks like magic.

Which caption, sound and hashtags should you post it with?

Your clip comes with the reel's own sound, so it is ready to post. You can turn the sound off on the result screen and add a trending sound when you post.

Captions carry the joke: "My ride is here", "Traffic? I'll take the air lane", "Uber? I've got my own ride", or the creator's own line, "Thought about a Halloween costume... then I remembered: I'm a witch".

Hashtags: on 12 October 2026, #myrideishere had 6,308 TikTok videos and 17.7 million views, and #broomridingtrend had 5,907 videos and 15.3 million views. #flyingbroom (1,130 videos, 10.4 million views) also fits. Add #halloween and keep the platform's AI label on.

The rider keeps the short black hair or the black dress of the reelUse a photo where your hair and clothes are clear, ideally full body. Run it again.
You look small and dark at the endThat is the reel: the rider flies far up into the sky. The face shows in the first 7 seconds.
The model refuses your photoSome photos get refused. The credits come back; try another photo.

Every run is a new take, so results differ a little. If one take is not right, run it again.

FAQ

My Ride Is Here trend questions

What is the My Ride Is Here broom trend?
It is a Halloween 2026 video trend on TikTok and Instagram. The clip is filmed from a car: someone rides up beside it on a flying broom, smiles at the camera and flies away, as if the broom were their ride. The captions say "My ride is here". On this page you take the rider's place in a viral reel of the trend.
Is the flying broom video real?
No. The flight is AI. In the reel on this page the start is real phone footage from a moving car, and the take-off and the flight are made with AI. In your MakeViral clip the road, the car and the forest come from that reel, and the rider is you, made from your photo.
How do I make the My Ride Is Here broom video?
Press "Create your own", add one clear photo of yourself and press Generate. The button shows the price first. You get a 10-second vertical video with the reel's own sound, usually in 5 to 10 minutes, and you write no prompt. The video waits in your Library when it is ready.
Do I need CapCut or a template app?
No. Most copies of the trend use a CapCut template that turns one photo into a broom clip. MakeViral runs in the browser: you add your photo here and download the finished MP4, then post it from your phone.
Does it work for men?
Yes. The rider in the reel is a woman, but the model takes the face, the hair and the clothes from your photo, whoever you are. A man in a jacket and jeans walks, hops on and flies off the same way.
Do I need a witch costume?
No. You wear the clothes from your photo. Everyday clothes make the "this is just my commute" joke; a dark coat or a black dress looks more like a witch. Pick the photo that gives the look you want.
How long is the video, and does it have sound?
10 seconds, vertical 9:16, 768p, as an MP4 file. It comes with the reel's own sound, and you can turn the sound off on the result screen if you want to add a trending sound when you post.
Does the My Ride Is Here video cost credits?
Yes. Each video costs credits, and the create page shows the exact price on the Generate button before you spend anything. If a video fails, the credits come back.
Why does my face look different in some shots?
The model rebuilds you from one photo, so a dark, blurry or cropped photo leaves it guessing, most of all when you look back over your shoulder. A sharp photo in daylight, face to the camera, helps most. At the end you fly far up into the sky, so you are small there in any run.
