What is a Would You Rather video?
A Would You Rather video is a vertical clip that puts two options on screen and makes the viewer choose. The question appears, the two images split the frame with OR between them, a countdown runs while the viewer decides, and a vote split is revealed as a percentage on each side.
A voice reads each dilemma, a ticking clock plays under the countdown, and the reveal lands with a sound of its own. One video usually holds three to five dilemmas back to back, which is what keeps a 20 to 45 second clip from feeling like a single question.
The format belongs to the same family as quiz and poll videos: low production, high interaction. Nobody watches it for the visuals. They watch to disagree with the percentage.
