What to include

  • The email address of your MakeViral account.
  • The template or the page you used, and the time it happened.
  • The error message, or a screenshot of it.
  • For a payment: the date and the amount (it is on the Stripe receipt).

Billing and refunds

A purchase with no credits used is refunded in full when you ask within 14 days. Cancel any time in Profile with Cancel plan. A failed video gives its credits back by itself. Read the refund policy

  1. The link to the page or the video, or a screenshot of it.
  2. What is wrong: who is shown without consent, or which rule it breaks.
  3. For a copyright problem: which work is yours and where it appears.
  4. Your email address, so we can write back.

We delete content and close accounts that break our rules.
