The TikTok Creator Rewards Program pays creators for qualified views on original videos longer than one minute, replacing the older Creator Fund, and it is open only to accounts that meet published follower, view and country requirements.
The program exists to push creators toward longer videos. That is the single most important thing to understand about it: a channel of 20-second clips earns nothing from it no matter how well those clips perform.
All figures below were checked on 15 September 2026 against TikTok's own Creator Academy page.
A video only earns if it is original, longer than one minute, gets at least 1,000 views on the For You feed, and is not a Duet or a Stitch. You apply from TikTok Studio and TikTok says you hear back within three days.
Two things. First, the one-minute floor changes the format: a story, a multi-round quiz or a five-question Would You Rather run long enough, a single meme does not. Second, TikTok does not publish a fixed rate per 1,000 views, so treat any single figure you read elsewhere as an estimate rather than a rate card.
Most faceless accounts earn more from affiliate links and their own products than from the program. See how much does TikTok pay and the TikTok Creator Rewards Program guide.
RPM stands for revenue per mille: how much a creator actually earned for every 1,000 video views, measured after the platform's revenue share and across all income sources, not only ads.
