All three do the same thing. Slide 1 makes a claim, every slide after it is one sentence, and the last slide asks for something specific.

Slide 1 is the whole post, because it is the only slide most people see. The generator writes it, but you should know what it aims at.

Name a number and a subject. "5 things I wish I knew about X" works because the viewer knows the length and the topic before deciding. Mystery in a hook is a tax people refuse to pay.

Put the cost in it. "The 30 dollar fix" beats "a useful tip". Money, time and embarrassment are the three currencies people swipe for.

Take a side. "Chemical sunscreen is fine, actually" gets read. "A guide to sunscreen" gets scrolled. Pick the dramatic or funny tone chip and the hook comes out with an opinion in it.

Keep it to one line on a phone. If the hook needs three lines it is two ideas, and you should cut one.

Fixing a hook you do not like

You do not regenerate the post. Edit the headline or the sub line on that slide and re-render it, which costs nothing. If the image is the problem, regenerate that single slide with a note such as "darker, no people, closer crop" for 1 credit.
