How do I delete my account and my data?

Short answer

Write to from the email of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your account and its data, and reply by email.

What you can do yourself

  1. Delete videos: open My videos, tap Select, pick the videos and tap Delete. This cannot be undone.
  2. Disconnect AI apps and delete API keys: in Profile, open Agents & API, then tap Disconnect or Delete. Access stops at once.
  3. Remove MakeViral.ai's access to your Google sign-in in your Google Account settings.

Good to know

  • reaches the same team.
  • If you have an active plan, cancel it first in Profile, so nothing renews.
  • Your other privacy rights (a copy of your data, a correction) are in the Privacy Policy.
