Why was my photo or prompt refused?

Short answer
Either we refused what you typed because it asked for sexual or nude content, or the AI model refused the photo or the text. When a model refuses, the credits for that run come back by themselves.

| "We cannot make this. Remove sexual or nude content from your text and try again." | Change the text you typed. Sexual or nude content is not allowed. |
| "The AI model refused this photo or text." | Try a different photo, or change what you typed in Make it yours. Your credits are back. |
Good to know
- Some video models refuse photos of well-known people. Use photos of yourself or of people who agreed.
- A clear photo of one person or one pet, in good light, is the least likely to be refused. See which photos work best.
