My video failed. Do I get my credits back?

Short answer
Yes. When a trend template, an AI video, a photo, a Create run or a Video Swap fails, all its credits come back to your balance by themselves. You do not need to write to us.

- A video usually takes a few minutes. You can leave the page and find it in My videos.
- If a run failed and the credits did not come back, write to support@makeviral.ai with your account email and the time of the run.
- Credits used for a video that was made cannot be refunded, even if you do not like the result. See refunds.
