How do I download my video and post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts?

Short answer
Tap Download on the finished video to save the MP4, then upload it in TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. Add the trending sound inside the posting app, from its own music library.
Download and post
- Open the video in My videos, or wait on the result screen.
- Tap Download. On an iPhone or iPad the share sheet opens: tap Save Video to put it in Photos. On Android and computers the file downloads.
- Open TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts and upload the video. Most templates make a 9:16 video, which fits all three.
- Add the trending sound in the app. Our templates make original sound, or a silent video if you turned the sound off.
- Write your own caption, and turn on the AI-generated content label when the video shows a realistic scene.
Good to know
- Post while the trend is still rising, and put the hook in the first second.
- Nobody can promise that a video goes viral. Post a few versions and keep the one that holds viewers.
