How do I cancel my plan?

Short answer
Open Profile and tap Cancel plan. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Cancel
- Sign in and open Profile.
- Under Plan and credits, tap Cancel plan.
- Tell us why, if you like. The next steps may offer a pause or a lower price: tap No thanks to go on.
- Tap Cancel my plan to confirm.
Good to know
- Unused plan credits end when the plan ends. Credits from packs stay.
- Changed your mind before the end of the period? Tap Keep my plan in Profile.
- There is no cancel fee and no minimum term.
- Canceling does not refund the current period. For a refund of a purchase with no credits used, see refunds.
