Everything runs in the browser. No editing app, no prompt to write, no watermark.

  1. Add the two photos

Press "Create your own" and add you, on the sofa (18+), face clear, then the one on the tv (18+), face clear. Add them in this order, because the order decides who is who in the scene. Take them with the camera or pick them from your library.

  2. Press Generate

The button shows the price. Seedance 2.5 films the Pull Out of the TV scene straight from your photos, with no in-between picture, for 10 seconds with original sound. You write no prompt.

  3. Download or share

The video is ready in a few minutes as a 9:16 MP4. Download it, share it from your phone, or find it later in My videos.

Which photo works best?

You need two photos, one person in each.

  • Photo 1 is you: you sit on the sofa (Couple) or stand by the TV (Friend). Photo 2 is the person on the TV: your partner, your crush who said yes, or your best friend.
  • Use sharp photos from the chest or waist up, faces toward the camera, in good light. No sunglasses, no hand on the face, no beauty filter.
  • The clothes in photo 2 are the clothes the person climbs out in, so pick an outfit you like.
  • Only adults (18+), and only people who said yes. Never a celebrity, a TV star, a stranger or a child.

Where did the Pull Out of the TV trend start?

The trend starts with a phone video editor's AI template named "TREND DA TELEVISÃO", Portuguese for "the TV trend". It was made on 1 April 2026 and turns one photo into an 11-second clip: a woman sits on her sofa, a young man on the wall TV reaches his hand out of the screen, the TV frame sparks purple, she takes his hand, and he steps out of the TV and bends down to hug her. For six months it stayed small.

On 22 October 2026 at 14:57 UTC a French account that posts how-tos for AI templates shared it with the caption "Comment créer cette vidéo où l'on fait sortir une personne de la télévision ?", in English "How do you make this video where you pull a person out of the TV?". Its two results show a man by his TV who fist-bumps a woman on the screen, holds her hand and pulls her out over the TV cabinet for a hug. By 23 October the how-to had 106,400 views, 2,894 likes and 2,053 shares, most written comments were in French, and the template still counted only 59 uses: the trend is at its very start.

Video prompt

A viral "pull out of the TV" clip in one continuous shot with no cuts, made from [Image 1] and [Image 2]: the person on the TV reaches a hand out of the screen, the viewer takes it and pulls, and they climb out into the room for a hug. Vertical 9:16, photorealistic, filmed with a phone held at seated head height, from behind and to the side of the sofa, so the viewer's face shows in three-quarter view. A bright modern living room in daylight: white walls, a light grey sofa in the foreground, a long white low TV cabinet, and a big generic flat TV on the wall. The VIEWER, in the room, is the person in [Image 1], in every frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles) and the clothes from [Image 1]. The person ON THE TV, who then comes out, is the person in [Image 2], in every frame: copy the exact face from [Image 2] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles) and the clothes from [Image 2]. Never blend their faces. Each face stays the same from the first frame to the last, on the screen, while climbing out and in the hug, so their friends recognize them at once. If an image shows an animal, that one is that animal with its own face, fur and markings, not a person. 0-2 s: the viewer sits on the sofa and looks up at the TV. On the screen, the person from [Image 2] is shown from the waist up against a plain blue studio background, smiles and looks out of the screen at the viewer. 2-4 s: the person on the screen reaches one hand forward, and the hand comes out of the flat screen into the room in real 3D. The viewer gasps, leans forward and reaches out. 4-6 s: they take each other's hand. A soft purple electric glow with small sparks runs around the frame of the TV. The viewer gently pulls. 6-8 s: the person steps out of the screen: one leg over the TV cabinet, then the other, and lands on the floor of the room, fully real, the same clothes. Behind them the screen shows only the empty blue background. 8-10 s: the person bends down and hugs the viewer on the sofa. Both laugh, then turn their faces to the camera and smile. Both faces are large, sharp and fully visible. Audio: the soft hum of the TV, a gentle electric crackle when the frame sparks, a gasp, happy laughter and a warm "Hi!". No music. Exactly two people in the whole video, both grown adults: the viewer in the room and the person on the TV. Nobody else on the screen or in the room. The TV is a generic flat TV with a thin black frame: no logo, no brand, no channel logo, no on-screen text or graphics. A warm, happy mood: no horror look, no ghost, no crawling, no flicker of static. One head each, five fingers on each hand. No text, no captions, no subtitles, no stickers, no emojis, no logos, no watermark.

How many credits does it cost?

You pay per video in credits, and the create page shows the exact price on the Generate button before you spend anything. The one-tap price covers the scene photo and the video, charged once. One video is 126 credits, so the smallest one-time pack that covers it is $14.99 for 150 credits, with no subscription. The cheaper models are there if you run the prompts by hand in AI Video.

What happens in the video, second by second?

The Couple version is one continuous shot, like the template clip, made from your two photos:

TimeWhat you see
0-2 sYou sit on your sofa and look up at a big flat TV. On the screen, the person from photo 2 smiles at you.
2-4 sThey reach one hand forward, and the hand comes out of the screen into the room. You gasp and reach out.
4-6 sYou hold hands, a purple glow sparks around the TV frame, and you pull.
6-8 sThey climb out of the screen over the TV cabinet and step into your living room.
8-10 sThey bend down and hug you. You both laugh and smile at the camera.

It is 10 seconds, vertical, 720p, with its own sound. Photo 1 is you in the room, photo 2 is the person on the TV.

Couple or Friend: which one, and what does it cost?

Couple is the trend as the template shows it: you on the sofa, the hand out of the screen, the sparks, the climb and the hug. Friend follows the how-to's results: you stand by the TV, your friend on the screen bumps your fist right through the glass, you hold hands and pull, and they climb out for a big hug.

Both are made straight from your two photos with top-quality AI video models, including Seedance 2.5, with no in-between picture, so both faces stay yours. The price of each version shows on the create page before you start. No other app or editor is needed, and there is no template to download.

Trend da televisão, sortir quelqu'un de la télé: one trend, many names

The template's own name is trend da televisão ("the TV trend" in Portuguese), so Portuguese posts also say trend da tv. French viewers found it through a how-to that asks how to faire sortir une personne de la télévision, "pull a person out of the television", so French posts say sortir quelqu'un de la télé. In English people call it the TV trend AI, pull someone out of the TV AI, or simply the TV trend on TikTok. They all mean the same clip: a person is pulled out of the TV and into the room.

Is this the horror film scene?

No. Search "person climbing out of tv" and you mostly find a famous horror film scene. This trend is the opposite: a warm, happy clip. The person who is pulled out of the TV smiles, holds your hand and hugs you, the room is bright, and the only effect is a soft purple spark around the TV frame. Our prompts ask for that mood and never for a ghost or a scare.

Tips for posting your pull out of the TV video

  • Write a caption like "I pulled you out of the TV" and tag the person you pulled out.
  • Make it for a long-distance partner or a friend you miss: the hug is the point.
  • Post the Friend version for a birthday or a "finally together" moment.
  • The video has no text, so you can add your own words on top in your style.
FAQ

Pull Out of the TV trend questions

What is the pull out of the TV AI trend?
It is an AI video trend where a person on your TV reaches a hand out of the screen, you pull them out into your living room, and they hug you. It comes from an AI template named "TREND DA TELEVISÃO" (made 1 April 2026), which a French how-to account pushed on 22 October 2026.
How do I pull someone out of the TV with AI?
Pick Couple or Friend, upload one photo of you and one of the person you want on the TV, and start. You get a 10-second video: they reach out of the screen, you take their hand, they climb out and hug you, with sound.
Which photo goes where?
Photo 1 is you, the one in the room. Photo 2 is the person on the TV, the one who climbs out. Use one person per photo, faces clear.
Can I use one photo of the two of us?
Use two photos, one person in each. The AI keeps each face best when it gets one clear face per photo. If you only have a photo of the two of you, crop it twice, once around each face.
Can I pull a celebrity or a cartoon character out of the TV?
No. Use photos of yourself and of adults who agreed to it. We do not make this video with celebrities, TV stars, cartoon characters or strangers.
What does trend da televisão mean?
It is Portuguese for "the TV trend", the name of the AI template the trend comes from. French posts call it "sortir quelqu'un de la télé", pulling someone out of the TV.
Can I use a photo of a child or a teenager?
No. Both people must be adults (18+) who agreed to it. We never make this video of a child.
