The No Guidance dance is the TikTok dance to "No Guidance" by Chris Brown and Drake, back in autumn 2026 as a train dance: hands behind the head, big hip swings, eye contact with the lens. Which photo works best?

You need one photo for Solo and two photos for Duo.

  • Face first: a sharp, well-lit photo with the face turned to the camera. In the train reel the dancer is often small in the frame, so a clear face matters more than a full-body pose.
  • Your clothes come with you: the video dresses each dancer in the clothes from their photo, so wear what you want to dance in. A photo from the knees up or head to feet works best.
  • Duo order: photo 1 dances on the left, photo 2 on the right. Any two adults work: friends, a couple, siblings.
  • No sunglasses, no mask, no beauty filter, and nobody else in each photo.
  • This template is for adults. Use your own photo, or a photo of an adult who agreed. Never a celebrity or a stranger.

Where did the No Guidance Dance trend start?

"No Guidance" is a 2019 song by Chris Brown featuring Drake, and its music video turns into a dance battle between the two. In 2020 a remix by the singer Ayzha Nyree took off on TikTok with its own No Guidance remix dance, and the No Guidance challenge followed: people film their own routine to the remix, often with the arms crossed on "play no games". By 21 October 2026, #noguidancechallenge had 8,916 TikTok videos and #noguidance 29,325 videos with 544.6 million views.

The dance never fully left. On 23 March 2026, a duo's street-corner reel from the Bay Area reached 2.4 million views. Then the train came. The Sydney creator @zacjeremiah dances on station platforms when his train leaves, and on 6 October 2026 he did the No Guidance dance on the platform while a friend filmed him from inside the departing train: 1.3 million views and 171,700 likes.

From 18 October, CapCut template posts started to paste famous faces onto a man who dances down a train aisle to the same sound, and on 21 October AI video sites added No Guidance dance templates. This page puts your own face in instead.

Video prompt

Recreate the reference video [Video 1] shot for shot: the same underground train platform with grey floor tiles, the yellow edge line, the steel pillars, the escalators and the yellow handrails behind, the people who wait on the platform, filmed from inside a moving train through the window glass with its soft reflections, the steel pillars sliding past in front, the same framing, timing and moves, one continuous take with no cuts. The ONLY change: the man who dances on the platform is now the person in [Image 1]. The dancer = the person in [Image 1], in EVERY frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1]: face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles exactly as in the photo. They wear the clothes and shoes from [Image 1]. NO bleached blond hair, no red trousers, no dark knit sweater and no glasses unless [Image 1] shows them. The same real person in every frame, from the first second to the last, also when the back of the head shows and when the face is far, so their friends instantly recognize them. Never morph, never drift back to the original dancer's face. The dance, matching the reference second by second, on the beat: 0-1.5 s: the dancer runs in across the platform from the left and stops in front of the train. 1.5-5 s: half turned away from the camera, both hands behind the head, elbows wide, a big swing of the hips from side to side. 5-8 s: steps along the platform, one hand on the head and the other at the waist, a knee lift and hip rolls, turning toward the camera. 8-11 s: facing the camera, one hand on the head, knees bent, a bounce and a step to the side, looking straight into the lens. The people waiting on the platform stay as they are, small and in the back; only the dancer changes. Anatomy rules: one head only, on the dancer's shoulders. A face never appears on knees, legs, hands, clothes or in the glass. Exactly one dancer. Natural balance, stable ground contact. No extra limbs, no duplicate bodies, no text, no signs you can read, no logos, no watermark.

Recreate the reference video [Video 1] shot for shot: the same bright living room with the white walls, the dark glass door behind, the black leather sofa, the striped rug and the dark wooden floor, the same fixed camera, framing, timing and dance moves, both dancers in full view from head to feet, one continuous shot with no cuts. The ONLY change: the woman on the left is now the person in [Image 1], and the man on the right is now the person in [Image 2]. Dancer 1 (left) = the person in [Image 1], in EVERY frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1]: face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles exactly as in the photo. The same real people in every frame, from the first second to the last, so their friends instantly recognize them, also when they laugh and turn. Never morph, never drift back to the original dancers' faces, never add or remove facial hair. Do not mix the two faces: [Image 1] is only dancer 1 on the left, [Image 2] is only dancer 2 on the right. Both change: no one from the video stays. The dance, matching the reference second by second, on the beat, side by side: 0-2 s: they stand side by side, small sways, hands at the chest, smiling at the camera. 2-6 s: they groove: hand waves by the face, shoulder rolls, chest brushes and small steps. 6-7.5 s: both flex one arm like bodybuilders and laugh. 7.5-10 s: hands rolling at the chest, the right dancer leans in with knee lifts. 10-12 s: side steps, the left dancer turns to the side, the right dancer steps forward. Anatomy rules: one head per person, on that person's own shoulders. A face never appears on knees, legs, hands or clothes. Exactly two people. Natural balance, stable ground contact. No extra dancers, duplicate bodies, extra limbs, fused fingers, text, logos or watermark.

What is the No Guidance train dance, and is it a CapCut filter?

The No Guidance train dance is the October 2026 version of the No Guidance dance trend: a dancer on a station platform, filmed by passengers through the window as the train leaves. The real No Guidance dance guy of the moment is @zacjeremiah in Sydney, who has made dancing for departing trains his thing. His reel is the one this page's Solo copies, so this is the train No Guidance dance with your face, not a famous one.

The second wave is AI. A CapCut No Guidance dance filter, sold in posts as the No Guidance dance template or the No Guidance AI trend, pastes a famous face onto a man who dances down a train aisle (some posts call it the airplane cabin version). The No Guidance dance guy train clips and that template are a no guidance guy dancing meme more than a dance. MakeViral needs no CapCut template and no app: you upload your own photo, and the clip is a real No Guidance dance with you in it. You can still add your own No Guidance dance edit on top in any editor.

Which sound and hashtags should you post it with?

Your clip comes with the sound of its reel, so it is ready to post. You can turn the song off on the result screen and pick a No Guidance TikTok dance sound yourself when you post. On TikTok most No Guidance remix TikTok dance posts use the Ayzha Nyree remix. The song belongs to its owners, and MakeViral gives you no rights to it. Music rules differ from platform to platform, so check them before you use the clip in an ad or a paid post.

Hashtags: #noguidance is the biggest No Guidance dance TikTok tag (29,325 videos, 544.6 million views on 21 October 2026), then #noguidancechallenge (8,916 videos) and #noguidancedance (485). Keep the platform's AI label on.

What goes wrong, and how do you fix it?

ProblemFix
The Solo dancer looks like the original dancer, not youUse a sharper photo with the face large and turned to the camera. The dancer is small in parts of the reel, so a clear face helps the model hold it.
Red trousers or blond hair come backThe prompt bans the original look, but a photo with a similar look can pull it back. Run it again.
The two faces in Duo look mixedUse two photos with one person each, both sharp and in good light. Photo 1 is always the left dancer.
Your clothes look differentThe video takes the clothes from your photo. A photo from the knees up shows them best.
The video model refuses the photoSome photos get refused. The credits come back; try another photo.
FAQ

No Guidance Dance trend questions

What is the No Guidance dance?
The No Guidance dance is the TikTok dance to "No Guidance" by Chris Brown and Drake, mostly to the Ayzha Nyree remix: a smooth routine with the arms crossed on "play no games", hip swings and hands behind the head. It started as the No Guidance challenge in 2020 and came back in October 2026 as the No Guidance dance trend on train platforms.
How do I make a No Guidance dance AI video?
Press "Create your own", pick Solo or Duo, and add one or two clear photos. Press Generate; the button shows the price first. You get a No Guidance dance AI clip of 11 or 12 seconds with the song, with your face in a real No Guidance TikTok dance reel. It is the No Guidance AI trend without a CapCut template or a prompt to write.
Can I do the No Guidance dance with a friend or my partner?
Yes. Pick Duo and add two photos: photo 1 dances on the left, photo 2 on the right. Duo copies a couple's No Guidance dance in their living room, so it works well as a No Guidance dance couple video, and just as well for two friends.
Is this the No Guidance train dance?
Yes, Solo is. It copies the 6 October 2026 reel by @zacjeremiah, filmed from inside a departing train in Sydney (1.3 million views), and puts you on the platform in his place. You keep your own face and clothes.
Do I need a No Guidance dance tutorial first?
No. The moves come from the reel, so you need no No Guidance dance tutorial and no routine to learn. If you want to learn the No Guidance dance routine for real, TikTok tutorials break the No Guidance dance choreography down step by step; the AI clip is a quick way to see yourself in it first.
What song is the No Guidance dance, and where is the dance battle?
The song is "No Guidance" by Chris Brown featuring Drake (2019). The No Guidance dance battle is in the official music video, where the two singers dance against each other; the Chris Brown No Guidance dance video is where many people first saw it. Most TikTok dances, from the No Guidance tik tok remix to the Ayzha dance clips, use the Ayzha Nyree remix. This page uses no footage of the singers.
Is the No Guidance dance meme the same thing?
Close. The No Guidance dance meme is any funny clip set to the song: the train guy, a No Guidance dance gif of someone dancing badly in public, or a famous face pasted onto a dancer. This page makes the meme with your own face in a real dance reel.
Can I use a photo of a celebrity?
No. Use your own photo, or a photo of an adult who agreed. The CapCut posts of the trend paste famous faces onto the dancer; MakeViral does not. Keep the platform's AI label on when you post your clip.
Which AI models make the videos?
Both versions use top-quality AI video models, including Seedance 2.5: they put the person in your photo into the reel itself, vertical at 720p, and can take up to several minutes. The song goes back on after the run.
What prompt does the No Guidance dance AI trend use?
No creator shared one: the CapCut template is closed and the AI sites show no prompt. Our prompts are our own reel-copy words: they keep your face and clothes and copy the reel's moves second by second. You write no prompt yourself.
How long is the video and what format is it?
Solo makes about 11 seconds and Duo about 12 seconds, vertical 9:16 at 720p, as MP4 files with the song and no watermark.
