## What is the Twilight Baseball AI trend, and where did it start?

The baseball scene twilight fans know comes from the first "Twilight" film (2008): a family of vampires plays baseball in a thunderstorm, because only the thunder can cover the crack of their bat. For years people have posted the twilight baseball scene recreated in real life: the leg kick, the wind-up with the ball over the head, the run at vampire speed. On 7 March 2026, @listenwithbritt's one-woman "Twilight Baseball game parody" got 63,000 views on TikTok.

In September 2026 the AI versions began. An AI clip that put famous K-pop singers in the scene passed 5.4 million views on 10 September, and a groomer's dog dressed as the blond vampire batter reached 12.3 million on 16 September. From 12 October, AI cast swaps took off (the Sopranos, cartoon heroes, a cat cast), a CapCut AI template spread on 14 October, and from 15 October dozens of twilight baseball scene tutorial videos followed. In the US, "twilight baseball scene" gets 6,600 Google searches a month (8,100 in September 2026).

Made from the prompts on this page. The people and pets are AI-made, not real persons, and the sound is original. Your result will differ from run to run.

## How to make the Twilight Baseball AI video on MakeViral

Everything runs in the browser. No editing app, no watermark.

### The one-tap way (no prompt to write)

1. **Add your photo.** Press "Make yours" and add you, face clear (full body is best). Take it with the camera or pick it from your library. Start here: https://www.makeviral.ai/templates/twilight-baseball-scene-ai/create
2. **Press Generate.** The button shows the price. Seedance 2.5 films the Twilight Baseball Scene scene straight from your photo, with no in-between picture, for 12 seconds with original sound. You write no prompt.
3. **Download or share.** The video is ready in a few minutes as a 9:16 MP4. Download it, share it from your phone, or find it later in your Library.

### The by-hand way, with the exact prompts

The one-tap flow runs this prompt for you. The video model takes your photo as a reference ([Image 1]) and films the scene straight from it, with no photo step first. AI Video takes one photo as the first frame, so it cannot run this prompt the same way: the prompt is here to read.

#### Variant: Human

Settings: 1 photo (you, face clear (full body is best)) · Seedance 2.5 · 12 s · 720p · 9:16 · with sound · 152 credits in one tap.

1. The video prompt is filled in. Settings: Seedance 2.5, 12 s, 720p, 9:16, sound on. The video prompt:

   ```text
   A twilight baseball scene video made from [Image 1]. A vampire pitcher in misty twilight rises into an impossibly graceful baseball wind-up, leg high in the air, leans back with dancer-like flexibility, then snaps forward in supernatural speed to hurl the ball into the fog and lands in an elegant crouch. Icy 7000K mist, navy and crisp white athletic outfit, no fangs and the eye color of [Image 1]: bullet-time editorial energy. Vertical 9:16, photorealistic.
The vampire pitcher is the person in [Image 1], in every frame: copy the exact face from [Image 1] (the face shape, eye color and eye shape, eyebrows, nose, mouth, skin tone, age, hair color, hair length and hairstyle, and any beard, moustache, glasses or freckles). The same face from the first frame to the last, so their friends recognize them at once, also in the leap and at the end. Never morph. They wear a vintage baseball jersey with navy sleeves and a crisp white body, plain, with no letters, no numbers and no logo, white baseball pants and navy socks, no cap, so the hair from [Image 1] shows, never the clothes from [Image 1]. A pale, calm, confident vampire look with light makeup that keeps the eye color. If [Image 1] shows an animal, the pitcher is that animal standing upright on its hind legs, with its own face, fur and markings, not a person.
The place: a wide, wet grassy clearing at the edge of a dark pine forest under a low, stormy grey sky, thick grey-blue mist between the tall pines, a plain dirt pitcher's mound and a plain home plate, cold blue-green film light. Thunder rolls and lightning flashes inside the clouds. No rain.
0-4 s: a medium-wide shot from the front, low angle: on the mound the pitcher raises the ball over the head with both hands, kicks one leg straight up to the sky, leans back, then snaps forward and hurls the ball into the fog at supernatural speed, landing in an elegant crouch.
4-6 s: far across the clearing, a generic tall batter in a plain grey jersey, seen from the side, swings: the bat hits the ball with a crack like a gunshot at the exact moment the thunder booms and lightning lights up the sky. The ball flies high toward the pines.
6-10 s: a tracking shot: the pitcher sprints across the wet grass at supernatural speed, leaps high off a mossy boulder between the pine trees and catches the ball in one hand in mid-air.
10-12 s: they land softly in the mist, turn to the camera in a close shot from the chest up, toss the ball once and give a slow, calm smile, the face large and sharp.
Audio: rolling thunder, wind, the crack of the bat, footsteps on wet grass. No music, no song, no lyrics, no speech.
Exactly one ball. No fangs, no red eyes, no blood. No text, no captions, no logos, no team names, no watermark. No famous actor: the batter is a generic adult. Anatomy rules: one head, two arms, two legs, five fingers on each hand; the pitcher never merges with the batter, the ball or a tree.
   ```

2. Press Generate, then download the 9:16 MP4.

#### Variant: Pet

Settings: 1 photo (your pet, face and body clear) · Kling 3.0 · 10 s · 1080p · 9:16 · with sound · 56 credits in one tap.

1. Open [AI Photo with this template](https://www.makeviral.ai/photo?template=twilight-baseball-scene-ai&variant=pet) and add your photo (your pet, face and body clear). The photo prompt is filled in:

   ```text
   Use the input pet image as the main subject and strictly preserve the pet's face, fur colors, markings, ears and body. A vampire pitcher in misty twilight: the pet stands upright on its hind legs on a plain dirt pitcher's mound in a wet grassy clearing at the edge of a dark pine forest under a low, stormy grey sky, thick grey-blue mist between the pines, icy 7000K light, a navy and crisp white athletic outfit: a small baseball jersey with navy sleeves and a white body, plain, with no letters, no numbers and no logo. It holds a baseball in its front paws, ready for the wind-up. Bullet-time editorial energy, photorealistic, detailed fur. Full body, the face toward the camera.
Animal paws, never human hands. Exactly one animal, no person. No fangs, no red eyes. Vertical 9:16. No text, no logos, no watermark.
   ```

2. Check the still before you spend credits on the video. Everything the video model does starts from that one frame.
3. Press the film button on the still to open AI Video with the still as the first frame. Settings: Kling 3.0, 10 s, 1080p, 9:16, sound on. The video prompt:

   ```text
   Keep the pet's face, fur colors, markings, ears and size and the jersey exactly as in the image. A vampire pitcher in misty twilight, photorealistic, cinematic. 0-4 s: the pet, upright on its hind legs, rises into an impossibly graceful baseball wind-up, one hind leg high in the air, leans back, then snaps forward in supernatural speed to hurl the ball into the fog and lands in an elegant crouch. 4-6 s: thunder booms and lightning lights up the sky as a bat cracks somewhere in the mist and the ball flies high toward the pines. 6-10 s: the pet sprints across the wet grass at supernatural speed, leaps high between the pine trees, catches the ball in its front paws in mid-air, lands softly and looks at the camera. Audio: rolling thunder, wind in the pines, the crack of a bat, the pet's own happy sound. No music, no lyrics, no speech. Exactly one animal, never a person, animal paws, never human hands, the natural body volume of that animal, no morphing. Exactly one ball. No fangs. No text, no logos, no watermark.
   ```

4. Press Generate, then download the 9:16 MP4.

### Which photo works best?

You need **one photo**.

- **Human:** one sharp photo of your face in good light, from the chest up or full body. No sunglasses, no cap and no beauty filter. Your hair comes from the photo; the navy and white jersey comes from the scene.
- **Pet:** one clear photo of your cat or dog with the face and the body in view, from the front. Good light shows the fur colors and markings.
- One person or one pet per photo.
- Use your own photo or one of an adult friend who said yes. Never a stranger, a child or an actor from the film.

The video ends on a close shot of your face, so a front-facing, sharp photo gives the best result.

## How many credits does it cost?

You pay per video in credits, and the create page shows the exact price on the Generate button before you spend anything. The one-tap price covers the scene photo and the video, charged once. The cheaper models are there if you run the prompts by hand in AI Video.

| Video model | Settings | Credits |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Seedance 2.5 (this template) | 12 s, 720p, straight from your photos, one tap | 152 |

Credits come with a plan; see [pricing](https://www.makeviral.ai/pricing). A failed video gives its credits back.

## What happens in your video, second by second?

Both versions follow the beats of the vampire baseball scene in a thunderstorm over a misty pine clearing.

| Time | Human (12 s) | Pet (10 s) |
|---|---|---|
| Start | On the mound you raise the ball over your head, kick one leg straight up to the sky, lean back and pitch at vampire speed (0-4 s). | Your pet stands on its hind legs in a navy and white jersey and does the same wind-up, leg kick and pitch (0-4 s). |
| Middle | Far across the clearing a batter swings: the crack of the bat and the thunder hit at the same moment, lightning lights the sky (4-6 s). | Thunder booms on the swing and the ball flies high toward the pines (4-6 s). |
| End | You sprint across the wet grass, leap off a boulder between the pines and catch the ball in one hand, then turn to the camera with a calm smile (6-12 s). | Your pet sprints, leaps between the trees and catches the ball, then looks at the camera (6-10 s). |

The twilight baseball leg kick and the pitch come first, as in the film, where the twilight baseball pitch with the leg straight up is the most copied move. The thunder on the swing is the reason for the whole twilight thunderstorm baseball game.

## Human or Pet: which version, and what does it cost?

Press "Create your own" and pick a version. Your photo stays when you switch.

| | Human | Pet |
|---|---|---|
| Photo | You (or an adult friend) | Your cat or dog |
| How it is made | Seedance 2.5 makes the video straight from your photo, with no in-between picture, so your face stays close to the photo | A picture of your pet in the jersey on the mound first, then the video: Kling 3.0 (Standard) or Seedance 2.5 (Best) |
| Length | 12 s | 10 s |
| Frame | Vertical 9:16, 720p | Vertical 9:16, 1080p (Standard) or 720p (Best) |
| Sound | Thunder, wind, the bat and footsteps, no music | The same |
| Price | Shown on the button | Lower than Human (Standard) |

The exact price shows on the Generate button before you spend anything. You write no prompt, and the video waits in your Library when it is ready.

## What goes wrong, and how do you fix it?

| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Your face looks less like you in the sprint and the leap | Those shots are far and fast. The close shot at the end shows your face large: use a sharp, front-facing photo, then run it again. |
| The batter far away gets your face | The prompt keeps the batter a generic person. Run it again. |
| Two balls, or a hand looks wrong | Fast throws are hard for any video model. Run it again: every run is a new take. |
| Your pet looks squashed or stretched | Use a photo where the whole body shows, in good light, from the front. |
| You want the song from the film | The video has thunder and game sounds and no music. Add the song from the sound library when you post. |
| The video model refuses the photo | Some photos get refused. The credits come back; try another photo. |

## How should you post your Twilight baseball scene video?

**The sound.** Almost every twilight baseball TikTok post plays "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse, the twilight baseball song of the film. Your MakeViral video has no music, so pick the song in the TikTok or Instagram sound library when you post.

**Captions** that fit the trend: "It's time.", "POV: the Cullens let you play", "Me waiting for a thunderstorm" or "Twilight baseball scene but it's me". For a pet: "The fastest vampire in Forks". People also post it as a twilight baseball scene meme, an edit or a parody, so the twilight baseball scene edit and the twilight baseball scene parody both fit your caption.

**Hashtags:** #twilightbaseballscene (1,723 TikTok videos and 94.9 million views on 17 October 2026), #twilightbaseball (330 videos, 5.6 million views) and #twilight. Keep the platform's AI label on: the clip is AI-generated.

**Halloween.** A twilight baseball costume (a vintage navy and white jersey, white pants, pale makeup) is a popular Halloween idea, and the twilight baseball halloween costume look is exactly what the video puts on you. Halloween is on 31 October.

## Twilight Baseball AI trend questions

### What is the Twilight baseball scene AI trend?

It is the twilight baseball scene trend made with AI: you add a photo and get the vampire baseball scene with you in it, from the high leg kick and the pitch to the thunder on the swing and the leaping catch. The twilight baseball trend ran for years as real parodies; the twilight baseball ai versions took off on TikTok in September and October 2026. This page is a twilight baseball ai video maker for you or your pet.

### Which song is in the Twilight baseball scene?

The twilight baseball scene song is "Supermassive Black Hole" by Muse, from the film's soundtrack. Our videos never include the song: they have thunder and game sounds, and you can add the song from the sound library when you post.

### Why do they play baseball in Twilight?

In the film the vampires can only play during a thunderstorm, because the thunder covers the loud crack of their bat. That is why people ask why do they play baseball in twilight, and why our version has the thunder hit right on the swing. It is the twilight vampire baseball scene, the vampire baseball scene everyone copies.

### Is there a Twilight baseball scene template or CapCut tutorial?

Yes. The twilight baseball scene tutorial videos on TikTok show a twilight baseball scene CapCut template that swaps faces into the film clip; it is the twilight baseball scene template most posts use. You need no tutorial here: add one photo and the video is made for you, without the film's footage.

### What prompt does the template use?

No creator shared a twilight baseball scene AI prompt: the viral clips came from a closed CapCut template. We start from a template site's "vampire pitcher in misty twilight" prompt (the wind-up, the leg high in the air, the pitch into the fog) and add the swing, the sprint and the catch. You write nothing.

### Can my cat or dog play the Twilight baseball game?

Yes. Pick Pet and add one photo of your cat or dog. Your pet stands on its hind legs in a navy and white jersey and plays the twilight baseball game: the leg kick, the pitch, a sprint and a leaping catch. A twilight baseball cat cast and a twilight baseball dog dressed as the blond batter are two of the trend's best-known posts.

### Does the video use the film or the actors?

No. The scene is made new by AI from your photo: no footage from the film, no actors' faces and no music. Only the moves, the storm and the misty pines are copied, so it works like a twilight baseball scene recreated with you.

### Is it a face swap?

It works like one, but more: a face swap pastes a face on a clip, while this makes the whole scene new with your face, your hair and your build. The film's footage is never used.

### Is the Twilight baseball trend on TikTok in Spanish too?

Yes. Many twilight baseball tiktok posts and tutorials are in Spanish, where the film is "Crepúsculo" and people search escena de beisbol crepusculo ("escena de béisbol de Crepúsculo"). The video has no words, so it fits any language.

### How long is the video, and does it cost credits?

Human makes 12 seconds at 720p and Pet makes 10 seconds, both vertical 9:16, as an MP4 file with sound. Each video costs credits: the create page shows the exact price on the Generate button before you spend anything. If a video fails, the credits come back.
