# MakeViral.ai rules > Use only your own photos, photos of people who agreed, or of your own pets. No sexual, nude or intimate content of anyone, nothing sexual involving a minor, no impersonation or harassment, and you must be 18 or older. By using MakeViral.ai, you agree to all of them. ## The rules in short - Use only your own photos, photos of people who agreed, or of your own pets. - No sexual, nude or intimate content of anyone, and no fake intimate images (NCII). - Nothing sexual that involves a minor, ever. - No impersonation, harassment, hate or illegal content. - You must be 18 or older. ## Every rule 1. **Use your own photos, or photos of people who agreed** (Consent). Upload photos of yourself, of adults who said yes, or of your own pets. A parent may use photos of their own children in the family templates. Never upload a stranger or a public figure. 2. **No sexual, nude or intimate content of anyone** (Safety). This includes AI-made fake intimate images (NCII) and sexual deepfakes. MakeViral.ai does not use Google APIs, or any other part of the service, for them, and every template is a scene we write ourselves, none of them sexual. 3. **Nothing sexual that involves a minor, ever** (Minors). Any content that sexualizes a minor is banned, with no exception. 4. **Do not impersonate, shame or harass a real person** (Real people). No video that pretends to be someone to fool people, and nothing that mocks, shames or harasses a real person. No misleading, deceptive or fraudulent content. 5. **No hate speech, violence or illegal content** (Harm). Do not make content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or violent, or that breaks other people's rights. Do not use MakeViral.ai to abuse, harass or harm anyone. 6. **Upload only what you have the right to use** (Rights). Your photos and clips must be yours, or ones you may use. Our templates never use a real song, film, brand or team: add a trending sound from the posting app's own music library. 7. **Label realistic AI videos when you post them** (Posting). TikTok asks you to label realistic AI content. Turn on the AI-generated content label when the video shows a realistic scene, and never post a real person who did not agree. 8. **No spam, scraping or break-ins** (Platform). Do not spam people, scrape the site with bots, try to get into systems you have no access to, or resell the service without our permission. For automation, use the official API and MCP server. 9. **You must be 18 or older** (Age). The Terms of Service say you must be at least 18 years old to use MakeViral.ai. ## What we check, and what happens when a rule is broken - We check what you type (prompts and text fields) and refuse sexual or nude requests with the message "We cannot make this." - The AI models we use also refuse some photos and prompts. When a model refuses, the credits for that run come back to your account. - We delete content and close accounts that break these rules. The Terms of Service allow us to suspend or close an account without notice for a breach. ## Report abuse or a copyright problem Write to support@makeviral.ai or use the contact form at https://www.makeviral.ai/support. Send: - The link to the page or the video, or a screenshot of it. - What is wrong: who is shown without consent, or which rule it breaks. - For a copyright problem: which work is yours and where it appears. - Your email address, so we can write back. We reply by email.
