# Why was my photo or prompt refused?

> Either we refused what you typed because it asked for sexual or nude content, or the AI model refused the photo or the text. When a model refuses, the credits for that run come back by themselves.

| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| "We cannot make this. Remove sexual or nude content from your text and try again." | Change the text you typed. Sexual or nude content is not allowed. |
| "The AI model refused this photo or text." | Try a different photo, or change what you typed in Make it yours. Your credits are back. |

## Good to know

- Some video models refuse photos of well-known people. Use photos of yourself or of people who agreed.
