# How do I get a refund?

> If you have not used any credits from a purchase, write to support@makeviral.ai or use the form on [our support page](https://www.makeviral.ai/support) within 14 days of the payment, and we refund that purchase in full. Credits that were used cannot be refunded.

| A one-time credit pack, no credits used, within 14 days of the payment | Yes, a full refund of that pack. |
| A plan payment (weekly, monthly or yearly), no credits from it used, within 14 days of the payment | Yes, a full refund of that payment. |
| Any purchase whose credits were used to make something | No, whatever the result: we pay the AI providers for every video. |
| A request more than 14 days after the payment | No, unless the law where you live gives you more. |
| A video, photo or swap that failed | No money needed: its credits come back to your balance by themselves. |

## Ask for a refund

1. Write to support@makeviral.ai, or send the form on [our support page](https://www.makeviral.ai/support), within 14 days of the payment.
2. Give the email of your MakeViral account, the date of the payment and the amount (it is on the Stripe receipt).
3. We check that no credits from that purchase were used, refund it through Stripe, and reply by email.

## Good to know

- We pay the AI providers for every video, so used credits cannot be refunded, whatever the result.
