# How do I download my video and post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts?

> Tap **Download** on the finished video to save the MP4, then upload it in TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. Add the trending sound inside the posting app, from its own music library.

## Download and post

1. Open the video in [My videos](https://www.makeviral.ai/videos), or wait on the result screen.
2. Tap **Download**. On an iPhone or iPad the share sheet opens: tap **Save Video** to put it in Photos. On Android and computers the file downloads.
3. Open TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts and upload the video. Most templates make a 9:16 video, which fits all three.
4. Add the trending sound in the app. Our templates make original sound, or a silent video if you turned the sound off.
5. Write your own caption, and turn on the AI-generated content label when the video shows a realistic scene.

## Good to know

- Post while the trend is still rising, and put the hook in the first second.
- Nobody can promise that a video goes viral. Post a few versions and keep the one that holds viewers.
