# How do I delete my account and my data?

> Write to support@makeviral.ai from the email of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your account and its data, and reply by email.

## What you can do yourself

1. Delete videos: open [My videos](https://www.makeviral.ai/videos), tap **Select**, pick the videos and tap **Delete**. This cannot be undone.
2. Disconnect AI apps and delete API keys: in Profile, open **Agents & API**, then tap **Disconnect** or **Delete**. Access stops at once.
3. Remove MakeViral.ai's access to your Google sign-in in your Google Account settings.

## Good to know

- privacy@makeviral.ai reaches the same team.
- If you have an active plan, cancel it first in Profile, so nothing renews.
- Your other privacy rights (a copy of your data, a correction) are in [the Privacy Policy](https://www.makeviral.ai/privacy).
