# How do I cancel my plan?

> Open [Profile](https://www.makeviral.ai/profile) and tap **Cancel plan**. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.

## Cancel

1. Sign in and open [Profile](https://www.makeviral.ai/profile).
2. Under **Plan and credits**, tap **Cancel plan**.
3. Tell us why, if you like. The next steps may offer a pause or a lower price: tap **No thanks** to go on.
4. Tap **Cancel my plan** to confirm.

## Good to know

- Unused plan credits end when the plan ends. Credits from packs stay.
- Changed your mind before the end of the period? Tap **Keep my plan** in Profile.
- There is no cancel fee and no minimum term.
- Canceling does not refund the current period. For a refund of a purchase with no credits used, see [refunds](https://www.makeviral.ai/help-center/refunds).
